Linen Effects was started in 1990 when our owner needed black table skirts in Minneapolis and discovered that there was no one in town to rent these from.  We have grown steadily to be the Twin Cities premier vendor for table top decor, table linens, and chair covers.  All the leading hotels, banquet facilities, event planners, and country clubs use us when they desire a superior product or have a very discriminating customer.  Yet our prices are generally lower then our competitors. 

Linen Effects is a leader in our industry because we purchase yardage from the best mills in the country and then have those textiles manufactured into table linens and chair covers using our patterns and specifications.  Our products are unique and elegant.  Our chair covers are better then most because our patterns are better and we use only the best fabrics.  We do not make our chair covers so big that they cover more kinds of chairs.  Cheap chair covers from bulk vendors have what we call "flop."  Flop is the excess material at the top of a chair cover that is too big for the chair. 

Linen Effects processes our own laundry in our state of the art laundry facility.  Every table linen and chair cover is washed and pressed after each use.  Not all companies press their chair covers - ask.  And a lot of other companies do not do their own laundry leading to a lack of quality control, less availability, and higher costs.  Every item is re-measured and tagged every time it is laundered.  Every item is inspected at least twice and counted twice before it leaves our door to you. Everything is checked in within 24 hours of return and is logged into our computer system.  Any orders with missing items is re-counted by a different employee.
